Head of Marketing
Intro
Founded by sisters Louisa and Rebecca, Regalrose is a British-born ecommerce jewellery retailer with over 15 years in business. Specialising in uniquely designed jewellery and accessories with a fierce edge and dreamy-dark twist, Regalrose is going from strength to strength as demonstrated by our exceptional growth over the last few years. We have built up a loyal community of passionate fans and customers, delivering our products to over 80 countries worldwide. We are now looking for an outstanding and experienced Head of Marketing to join our team in our offices, located in St Albans.
About You
You will be a driven, self-motivated marketing leader with at least 8 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in e-commerce or retail. You will have owned a marketing commercial plan and budget, run paid media, CRM, social and affiliate channels through agencies, and traded an e-commerce website. You will be obsessed with numbers and optimisation, highly organised, and confident giving data-led feedback to a creative team.
Requirements and Skills
As Head of Marketing, you will own what we do, when, where and how much - and whether it worked. You will set the marketing commercial strategy, own the health of the customer base, run the go-to-market plan across every channel, and own online trading on the Regalrose website. You will work as a peer to the Head of Creative, who owns how our marketing looks, sounds and feels.
