European customers
Due to the current situation in the UK, several European countries have closed their borders to the UK. Whilst we are still able to ship your orders, please be aware that due to the closure of major ports and airports to UK traffic, we are expecting delays to our normal shipping times.

If you placed an order on or after the 16th Dec, please be patient as we are doing everything we can to get your orders to you.

International customers
Canada, India and Hong Kong have also closed their borders to UK traffic. We are currently working with our courier partners to minimise this disruption.

If you are an EU customer, please rest assured that there will be no change to receiving your orders from RegalRose and importantly no additional or hidden charges to receive your delivery.

We may see slight delays at customs initially due to increased administration, however it is unknown how much of an impact this may have, so please bear with us.

Covid 19

If you are returning goods to us from the European mainland there may be delays in getting your package back to us due to border closures.

We’ve extended our usual limit for returns just for the festive season. Any gift purchased between 1st November and 24th December 2020 can be returned up until 31st January 2021, if it’s unwanted or unsuitable.

How do I return my item

Please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be processed, from the date we receive your return.

Your returned item(s) should be in it’s original, unused condition and you the consumer shown to have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession.

In the interest of hygiene, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any pierced jewellery.

Please remember to obtain a certificate of postage from your chosen postal provider since this will act as your proof of delivery. International returns - customs declarations for all non-EU returns must be marked 'returned goods. No commercial value'.
