It is a beautiful piece when I put it one. I had it on for a few hours and noticed it was a little snug. The top part of the jewel was poking my skin and I ignored it thinking I had to get used to the it. It later began to be uncomfortably painful and I had to take it off. I was bleeding from the pierced area and I have a little cut on the bottom of my nose where the gem was poking it. I do not believe is was the jewels fault, but more of the construction of my nose and where my piercing is placed. Sadly I will have to properly sanitize it and pass it on to my sister and see if she has better luck.
