Keep pieces dry and avoid contact with water, hand sanitiser, lotions, perfumes, and soaps, as these can strip the plating. Individual body chemistry can also affect plated jewellery. Depending on the individual, it's not uncommon for chemicals perspired through pores to cause plated jewellery to tarnish and discolour.

RETURNS
You have 30 days to return any unwanted items from the day you receive them, provided they're in their original, unused condition and you the consumer have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession.
