All orders will be processed & despatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends). You will be sent an email to confirm your order and then a second email to confirm your order has despatched. (If you do not receive this email please check your junk mail).
Shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your parcel.
We accept payment via PayPal and most Debit/Credit cards.
FREE - Recorded Delivery (Tracked & Insured) on orders over £35
£1.95 - UK Saver (NOT Tracked or Insured) 2-3 days delivery
£2.95 - Recorded Delivery (Tracked & Insured) 1-2 days delivery
£6.95 - Next Day Delivery* (Tracked & Insured) - by 2pm for next day delivery
£10.95 - Saturday Next Day Delivery* (Tracked & Insured) - by 2pm for next day delivery.
*UK Next Day Delivery: order before 2pm to receive your order the next working day delivered via Royal Mail Special
Delivery 1pm service. If you order before 2pm Friday, you will usually receive your parcel on Saturday
although we cannot guarantee a Saturday delivery. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your goods on the following Tuesday.

£4.95 - Standard - (NOT Tracked or Insured) 5-16 working days delivery
£8.95 - Signed For (Tracked & Insured) 3-7 working days delivery** - Highly recommended for orders over £40
All customs/import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The charges
must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges. Customs policies
and import duties vary widely from country to country.
**In some rare instances customs can hold your order, this can add on an additional 7 working days delivery time.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can return items to us for a refund up to 14 days after your goods are received, provided it is in its original, unused condition and you the consumer have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession.
A full refund will be issued. PLEASE CLICK HERE
to print, fill out & return the ‘returns form’ with your item. Remember to obtain and keep a certificate of postage from the post office since this will act as your proof of delivery.
In the interest of hygiene, we cannot offer refunds on any pierced jewellery if the hygiene seal has been broken.
Please allow up to 10 days for your returned items to be refunded.
You can return an item for an exchange upto 14 days after your goods are received, if you'd like a different colour or size of the same item. If you want a different item, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order. When you return your order, just pop your returns form PLEASE CLICK HERE
in the parcel detailing your exchange size or colour. When we receive your return we will send you a
PayPal invoice for the additional postage (£2.95 UK or £4.95 International) to return your replacement size/colour to you.
(Don't worry if you do not have a PayPal account you can still pay this way)
