SIZING
Septum piercings are commonly seen in both 14 and 16 Gauge. We recommend checking with your piercer or measuring the size of your current septum piece.
Common gauges by piercing:
Septum: 14 Gauge (1.6mm) or 16 Gauge (1.2mm)
Daith/ Forward Helix: 16 Gauge (1.2mm)
Please note: Sterling Silver is a soft metal, please take extra care not to bend the circle out of shape when opening and closing; as the clicker mechanism may stop working.

Many of our pieces are Gold plated or Sterling Silver plated. Due to the delicate nature of plating, these items require extra care to maintain. Exposure to air causes natural tarnishing, so when not worn, store your plated jewellery in an airtight bag or container away from direct sunlight.
Keep pieces dry and avoid contact with water, hand sanitiser, lotions, perfumes, and soaps, as these can strip the plating. Individual body chemistry can also affect plated jewellery. Depending on the individual, it’s not uncommon for chemicals perspired through pores to cause plated jewellery to tarnish and discolour.

We use natural crystals and gemstones in our designs, unless otherwise stated, so each stone will have it’s own unique colour, and in some stones even natural inclusions. Prolonged exposure to direct UV light, such as sunbeds or nail lamps, can alter the colour and structure of the stone.
Protect your gemstones by avoiding contact with alcohol-based products, such as perfume, hand sanitizer or sunscreen, as they can affect the surface texture and colour of the gemstone. By nature many gemstones are brittle, avoid knocking against hard surfaces as this can chip or break the stone.

RETURNS
You have 30 days to return any unwanted items from the day you receive them, provided they're in their original, unused condition and you the consumer have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. In the interest of hygiene, we cannot accept any returns on any pierced jewellery.
