Terms & Conditions 3 for 2

The qualifying order must consist of a minimum of three products from the 3 for 2 edit. The cheapest item is free.

This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or discount code unless stated. All items forming part of the qualifying order must be purchased in the same transaction and sent to one delivery address.

Our standard free delivery promotion (on qualifying orders) will automatically be applied to the purchase when the standard delivery option is available and selected at checkout. 

There is no cash alternative to the free product. The free product is not exchangeable for cash or for any other Regalrose product (other than a product equal or less in value from the 3 for 2 edit) or gift.

The free product may be returned on its own for an exchange in size (if available) but otherwise may not be returned on its own. Our standard return process and costs apply.
 
If any of the paid (non free) product(s) forming part of the qualifying order is returned for a refund, then the original order will cease to be a qualifying order and the free product must be returned in its original condition with original branded packaging. 

If you return one or both of the paid (non free) products without the free product you will be refunded the amount for those products, less the value of the free product at the time you purchased it. For example, if your original qualifying order contained 3 items at the value of £52, £22 and £48, the £22 product was free. Returning the £52 product will result in your refund of £52, less the £22 for the free product, so the total refund to you would be £30.

If any of the paid (non free) product(s) forming part of the qualifying purchase is exchanged for any other Regalrose product other than a product from the 3 for 2 edit (meaning that the original order is no longer a qualifying order) then the free product must be returned in its original condition with original branded packaging. See paragraph above if you do not return the free item.
 
If the free product has been damaged, we reserve the right to deduct from any refund due to you (or charge the payment method you used for the original purchase) a sum equal to the then current price at which the free product is available for purchase.

There will be no refund of the difference if the paid product(s) is exchanged for a cheaper Regalrose product from the 3 for 2 edit.

Returns of the free product on its own will not result in a refund or payment to you of any sort.
