Many of our pieces are Gold or Silver plated. Keep pieces dry and avoid contact with water, high humidity, and chemicals as these can strip the plating.

We use natural crystals and gemstones in our designs, unless otherwise stated, so each stone will have it’s own unique colour, and in some stones even natural inclusions. Prolonged exposure to direct UV light can alter the colour and structure of the stone. By nature many gemstones are brittle, avoid knocking against hard surfaces as this can chip or break the stone.

You have 30 days to return any unwanted items from the day you receive them, provided they're in their original, unused condition and you the consumer have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. In the interest of hygiene, we cannot accept any returns on any pierced jewellery.
