Important information before you purchase:
Everyone's piercing location and ear shape are different! Ensure the internal diameter of the ring will fit your desired piercing/position. Ask someone to help you measure the space of your desired location with a ruler. Jewellery for piercings is non exchangeable or returnable.
What gauge/thickness do I choose?
The most common ear piercing is 1.2mm gauge (needle piercing). If you were pierced with a gun it's likely your piercing is 0.8mm.
If you purchase a gauge that is thinner than your current piercing, expect your piercing to resize/
We do not recommend purchasing a gauge that is thicker than your current piercing as you may struggle to insert it and could cause pain.

Titanium is a durable, non-tarnishing metal that offers excellent longevity with minimal maintenance. While Titanium is highly resilient, it can still pick up scratches like all metals - this is perfectly normal and part of the natural wear process.
Due to its hardness, Titanium may scratch softer metals, so be mindful when storing your pieces together. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, such as cleaning products or chlorine, should your Titanium jewellery need cleaning, simply use a soft cloth. If it gets wet, ensure it's dried thoroughly afterwards.

RETURNS
You have 30 days to return any unwanted items from the day you receive them, provided they're in their original, unused condition and you the consumer have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. In the interest of hygiene, we cannot accept any returns on any pierced jewellery.
